When i booked a room then it was ac room with included breakfast but they charge extra for ac and didn’t gave us a breakfast.

Room not provided, at check in time said that all room are full and it was around 11:00 PM and it was very difficult to arrange room at that time and no one take the concerned for the advance booking, the staff just smiling. Very bad experience.
